With everything going on it'd been hard to get time alone. So instead of going out somewhere, he ordered out getting her favorite. Rented a movie she'd been wanting to see and decided to just have a nice night in. A small break from the insanity they were dealing with. He waited for her to come back home to see her face. He waited for her outside and smiled when she pulled up.

	Katie was surprised. It wasn't uncommon for the two of them to get separated with all the work they had to do during the day. But he looked good - relaxed, even - which was an expression she had seen on his face less and less. "Tom...?" she said, arching an eyebrow as she locked up her truck. "What's...going on?"
